The raw material used for making this snack, which is rich in protein, is a smoked squid (Dosidicus Gigas, or the Humboldt squid) from the Pacific Ocean. Wide natural squid is dried and salted with sea salt.

Use/storage

Store the dried and smoked yellowstripe scad at the temperature of the maximum of up to +25 °C. After opening the package, store the product in the fridge and eat it up within two days. Oxygen scavengers in the packs with the products are not edible.
