Tigertooth croaker (Otolithes ruber) belongs to the order of Perciformes. The fish lives in the Indian and Pacific Ocean, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea, and near the coast of the Northern Australia. The dried fish is very rich in protein – ca 50.9%. This fish is perfectly suitable for paleo diet.

Use/storage

Store the dried and smoked yellowstripe scad at the temperature of the maximum of up to +25 °C. After opening the package, store the product in the fridge and eat it up within two days. Oxygen scavengers in the packs with the products are not edible.
